Return & Refund Policy

At My Fine Line, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while being transparent with our policies. By purchasing with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

To start a return, contact us at info@myfineline.co. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once the return is approved.
Items must be authorized for return prior to being sent back. Returns submitted without prior authorization are not accepted.


2. Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Notification of Damaged/Wrong Item: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Photo Documentation: Provide photo documentation of the damage and its original packaging.

3. Accepted & Unaccepted Returns

Accepted Returns:

  • Unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging

Unaccepted Returns:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items with visible alterations or damages
  • Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior approval)
  • Sale items, gift cards, digital products, custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exceptions to Non-Refundable Items

Under special circumstances, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund (if applicable) for approved returns.


5. Restocking Fees

All accepted discretionary returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from any eligible refund.
The restocking fee applies to discretionary returns (those not due to damage or incorrect items).


6. Forced Returns & Refused Delivery

Forced returns, including refused deliveries and unauthorized returns, will not be refunded. The return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee are deducted from eligible refunds if an item is returned to us without approval or due to refusal.


7. Refunds

  • We require 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s) to review for approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the approval date. Depending on your bank or payment processor, 3-10 business days may be required before funds are posted to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@myfineline.co.

Note: Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.


9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@myfineline.co before initiating a chargeback, allowing us the opportunity to resolve any issues.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and if filed outside of our policy, we reserve the right to recover the funds through applicable means.


10. Purchases via Third-Party Platforms

My Fine Line’s Return & Refund Policy takes precedence over the return policies of third-party platforms. Please refer to the platform's policy for details specific to payment or processing.


11. Promotions on Third-Party Platforms

Promotions, discounts, or offers provided through third-party platforms are valid only for purchases made on that platform. These cannot be applied to orders made directly through the My Fine Line website.


12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact us at info@myfineline.co. We are committed to resolving all issues in a timely and fair manner.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under applicable laws in New Jersey, United States.
