Order Processing Times

In-stock and ready-to-ship items require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. 

Made-to-order items are products in our current catalog that we only make upon request (after you order). We require 3-5 business days for processing before shipping. 

Digital Items are delivered automatically and available for use/download once payment is confirmed. We do not ship any physical versions of the digital items purchased. 

Note: Due to the ongoing public health crisis, we may require additional time to complete the processing orders for shipment. We will notify you immediately if the need to extend processing time arises. 

 

Shipping Area

We ship domestically (within the United States) with UPS and USPS. Transit and delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier's distribution/prioritization through their respective networks. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

Free Shipping Eligibility 

Orders with a minimum pre-tax checkout value of $85 and a delivery address within the contiguous U.S. (including D.C.) are eligible for complimentary standard shipping.

Orders that meet eligibility conditions should select "Free Shipping" at checkout. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

We cannot accept returns on custom/personalized items, digital items, sale items, or gift cards.
